CONDITIONS

  • Our shop is handled by two admins. Kindness is key to a good transaction.

  • Items are for pre-order unless stated on-hand. Please be patient and be willing to wait.

  • We can find items for you, just message us on any of our social media platforms.

  • Always take note of the important dates such as DOP and ETA.

  • Order confirmation email will be sent after completion of order form. Masterlist will be updated within 24-72 hours.

  • ORDERING PROCESS: Supplier > KR address > PH address > your doorstep

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:

⚬ Strictly no cancellation of orders.
⚬ CANCELLATION FEE: 50% of the total amount of your order. PLEASE BE 100% SURE BEFORE YOU SUBMIT AN ORDER FORM.
⚬ Cancellation fee should be paid within 3 days after cancellation agreement.

DALLYEORA PH can CANCEL an order if:
1. The customer is rude and impatient and does not follow what is stated in our terms & conditions.
2. An item goes out of stock.
3. The GO didn’t reach the required minimum orders.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/ITEM DEFECTS

⚬ We will only offer refunds if the item is out of stock.
⚬ We will only offer exchanges if the discrepancy happened on our part. (such as sending the wrong item).
⚬ We require an UNBOXING VIDEO before issuing an exchange. No unboxing video = NO EXCHANGE.
⚬ For SEALED items with defects, we cannot check what’s inside since it is sealed. Defects could be caused by the manufacturer and we clearly have no control over this. We are not responsible for situations like this.
⚬ For UNSEALED or TINGI, if there are defects or bumps in the items, we will inform you beforehand. We will also make sure to check if the quality and content is complete before shipping it out.
⚬ For DAMAGES caused by couriers (international & local), we are not held responsible for this for it is beyond our control. However, we will always make sure to check the quality and inform you beforehand.

  • Why is my total amount due different from the confirmation email and the masterlist? Always refer to the MASTERLIST for the final total amount due. Confirmation emails are auto-generated so additional fee/s such as sf and other fees are not yet calculated.

  • I already sent a payment form but why am I still considered “unpaid” in the masterlist? Masterlist should be updated within 24-72 hours.

  • Where can I find my order ID number? Order ID # can be found at the confirmation email sent to you after you have accomplished the order form.

  • NO PROOF OF PAYMENT = NO PROCESSING OF ORDERS. Payment Form link can be found in the order confirmation email.

  • MOP: GCASH, Bank Transfer (KOMO Bank), Bank transfer to GCASH, Cash-in to GCASH, COD (for on-hand items only with additional fee)

  • Late Payment Fee: 50 PHP per day

  • COD: For ON-HAND items only (Additional Fee: 50 PHP)

shipments

⚬ Most of our items are under NORMAL ETA: 1-2 months after release of item
⚬ PH COURIERS: GOGOXPRESS, Byaheros, ABEST, J&T
⚬ For orders with poster tube, parcel will be shipped via ABEST or J&T. However, we require an additional 60 PHP handling fee for J&T transactions.
⚬ Additional Fees:
Additional Bubble Wrap - 10 pesos (on top of the bubble wrap provided by our shop)
Poster Tube - 85 pesos
⚬ SHIPPING FEE & PAYMENT: A local shipping fee email notice will be sent upon arrival of items in our PH address.
⚬ Note: We are not liable for any damages caused during shipment. Rest assured that before handing your parcels to the courier, we have packed your items properly. Once the package is dispatched to the courier, we no longer have any control over it. In cases of damages or delays caused by the courier, we will help resolve the dispute to the best of our abilities, but we will not be held liable or responsible for it.
⚬ ITEM RETURNS: If the courier returns your item due to: (a) wrong address (b) no receiver; you are required to pay for another shipping fee.
